So we went to Cannes and had the pleasure of watching our film 'Social Networking Socially - Society Through Technology' on the big screen.

Jury Chair Jason Solomons (renowned film critic for The Observer) was there to introduce the films and host a Q&A with the filmmakers after.

Silent comedy 'Wipeout' won 'Best Silent Film' and an Audience Award for 'Best Film' at the Walthamstow International Film Festival this June. It also came 3rd place in the 'Top Three Films of the Festival'..

Screened in competition at the BFI Southbank and at the Empire Cinema in Walthamstow, we are delighted that 'Wipeout' fared so well. Filmed locally in Walthamstow Marshes, we're delighted to have been selected for the festival.

Thanks to everyone who came, enjoyed the film and voted, we're extremely proud and over the moon!

'Wipout' my latest short film was made in a whirlwind of 7 days as an entry for the Aarhus Short Film Challenge. www.shortfilmchallenge.dk

Working with up and coming  BBC writer Daisy Martey, comedians Haiste and Lawrence, DOP Howard Mills, Production Designer Steve Blundell and composer Rich Keyworth, we wrote, shot, edited and scored a silent comedy in a week.

It was one of the most liberating and inspiring filmmaking experiences of my life and the film has come out amazingly well.

We won an Honourable Mention at the Aarhus Short Film Challenge Awards ceremony on 25th of October, and were in the Top Ten best films of the festival.
